We believe the future of America is in our Youth. The Careers4teens.Org program was conceived after examining the needs of our young adults, parents, school, employers and community. It is endorsed by the Mayor of Westlake Village, St.Maximilian Kolbe Church, St. Paschal Baylon Church and has the approval of the Conejo Valley Unified School District and others. Some Rotary Clubs in District 5240 have sponsored & partnered with us. Our program is operated by Volunteers from Rotary & other Organizations for the common good of our communities..We invite you and your organization to join us in this effort.

It is our objective to provide a means for the young adults to “learn to earn” as they migrate into careers they are passionate about, through paid, full or part time, career training jobs and internships with local employers and government entities. Our operating costs are covered entirely by donations from Parents, Beneficiaries, Promoters, Churches, Clubs, Foundations and people like you.
